My wife has very little appreciation for the artwork in my collection. I showed her this, to which she responded "now THIS is a thing of beauty." And for once, my wife and I are in agreement.

Lovingly done on that Masonite. Frazetta imbues a personality and life with a stare that melts men's hearts and brings out the protective instincts to save her.

Wow, the soft glow of that face. And that hair is simply masterful. The sheen ahc texture are perfect. This work is lovely. Huge congrats!

Oh, Steve... This is brilliant. I love that this is a Masonite piece, not only because of the color and tone that it adds to Ms. H's hair and dress (and I can't get over how that dress was painted - stunning), not only because of the LOOK of the whole thing, and how amazing it "feels" to see splotches of paint on board coalesce to form a beautiful image, but because it places the production of this piece firmly in the era when he was knocking out so many of his other masterpieces; a sister piece, just as deserving of acclaim, utilizing this most unique format (or should that be "floor mat"?). Wow, Steve, this is superb; thank you for making my evening, and congrats on your first Frazetta oil, pal. Brilliant.

I come back to look at this every couple of days. It's amazingly stunning. Haunting. Beautiful. Maybe my favorite Frazetta to look at ever.

Mina, dear Mina. Feel myself talking like Anthony Hopkins from the Coppola film :) This just out of this world, man. Wow. Gorgeous Frazetta example. Those paint strokes must really be a sight to behold in person, and I'm digging the frame job, too. Really like the stark contrast between her dark dress and white bg. Whew. Huge congrats, brother!

Mina is captured on canvas by the great Frank Frazetta. The immortal artist bathes his beauty's pale skin in cascading white light that is imprisoned by shades of darkness. Her soft hair and crow black dress hint at the blackened soul of the evil one that sleeps in the day and hunts at night.
