DescriptionIncredible Marvel Team-Up #24 cover by Gil Kane & John Romita. You can see how heavy-handed Romita was with the inking on this one, it really looks incredible in person! It's not everyday Marvel showed an actual murder attempt on a cover. This issue marks the first crossover issue for Brother Voodoo, as he was a relatively new Marvel character. 1st appearance of Moondog & Gail Paris. Social/Sharing |

Great stuff! My favourite part is the worm's eye view, withthe camera sitting in the street right by the edge of the sidewalk, which gives the scene a heightened sense of drama. Gil Kane kicks ass!

Always thought that Brother Voodoo was an interesting character that Marvel didn't do enough with. Great Bronze Age cover by two comic legends.

I absolutely love the inking on this one. And the fact that Spidey is amongst the action in this particular tableau makes me want to read the issue in a big way.
