This is awesome on every level--you get a very Nowlan-esque Hulk, Kirby vibes from the Thing, incredible lettering (the sound effect is so fun) and so precise inking and background imagery. Love it!

Classic Marvel rivalry with Nowlan's precision in composition and figurework! Very evident in the Thing's design as every tile is perfectly fitted in a consistent line weight. His big crown brow and his big frame puts mass and momentum behind the punch! Perfectly thought out reaction shot as Hulk gets twisted about!

I don't think it would be possible to squeeze another ounce of power and energy into this spectacularly brilliant piece. Nowlan magic through and through. Living legend indeed.

So awesome, gene, and so clearly Nowlan! Got a classic feel to it which I love and the sound effect lettering drawn right on the board in the background is a great touch! It's clobberin' time, indeed! Congrats!
