Description

John Ridgway filled in for one issue of the title's run, July 1986. I purchased this page from a seller in England not long after I was introduced to eBay. There was no picture of the page nor was there a page number. It was cheap enough that I took a chance on purchasing it and I was thrilled that it was the page I best remembered from the comic with its panel depicting an English church in the snow. Interestingly, John wrote about how he loved drawing the old church with its old stonewall and lichgate in his afterword to the Dover reprint.
