Description

I mentioned this piece on Collectors conversation (9/19/21) so I figured I should post it. This was an unused piece from John Byrnes X-men Elsewhen story (I know … none of it is published but this was not used in the story..). But for me Colossus and Kitty in a splashy piece by John Byrne?? I couldn’t be happier to add this to my collection!

The pencil work shows Byrne's classic command of anatomy and his sense of dramatic presentation. It is a brilliant revisit to time and place set during the final phase of Byrne's Uncanny run.

Kitty falling through Colossus is such a fantastic piece to have by Byrne. Perfect. And I dig seeing his pencils, it's a real treat. Great score. Congrats!
