DescriptionWatching Caf Live tonight and hearing Bill Cox talk about Fred Hembeck and then Larry Tun chiming in about the old Marvel age strips Fred did motivated me to finally post my first Hembeck piece (a very generous gift from Jeff) - Juggernaut!!! Nothing stops a Hembeck Juggernaut sketch card and now nothing will stop me from getting more of these fun hembeck cards!!! (Spoiler already have a second lol) maybe even a bigger commission in the future? 🤔Social/Sharing |

Fred's sketch cards are the best, and I'm always excited to see him drop a new batch of them on eBay. You're always guaranteed a great assortment of characters when he does. They're all super fun and super affordable. Love this one. Juggy, as only Hembeck could do him.

Hero or villain, Hembeck always brings a smile either on the character drawn or for the audience. It is in his own signature style which has mirthfully delighted fans for decades and this Juggernaut is as massive as the size of Mr. Wedding's generosity.

No one stops the Juggernaut. I've always dug Hembeck's work, and this Juggy takes the cake. He nailed this one. Congrats!

Love Hembesk's whimsical style and Juggy looks particularly good. Can't wait to see more of these! I met Fred once at a show and asked him to put a piece in my sketchbook - Fred Hembeck turns into the Hulk. He laughed and said, that's a first request. Good stuff Jay - congrats and thanks for posting!
