One of the most compelling designs in all of the BPRD Mignola universe and the inky brushwork has a power that take the look to new heights of energy.

Crazy spooky image! I love the use of dry brush here as well as heavy blacks.The brushwork has a jittery quality that makes it feel unsettling. The way the figure is inked, it appears as if its muscles are outside of its skin or as if it's been flayed. The whole scene is unsettling. And that's what makes for good horror art.
