I hope Mr. Hembeck will get the recognition he deserves, someday - he is definitely underappreciated right now. This recreation is very funny, and your dedicated gallery is a real collecting gem! Congrats!

Over the years, I've commissioned him for so many cover recreations that don't appear on this gallery, I could open up a Hembeck museum -- I have about 50 DC Silver Age cover recreations and about 25 recreations of non-DC covers (Marvel, Charlton, etc.) Nothing gets me as giddy after a hard day of work than settling down to leaf through my hysterically funny and well-rendered Hembeck collection! I heartily recommend commissioning the man for art!
