DescriptionPicked up the painting from Mark after seeing it at the IX Arts Show in Reading, Pennsylvania in 2025. It's the first time I've seen Speed Racer be adapted into a more human form. For those younger viewers, Speed Racer was a cartoon from the 1960's. In the painting with Speed is Trixie and Racer X, who was secretly Rex Racer, Speed's older brother. Mark, the artist, has a lot of good works, especially for MTG. If you go to the annual show be sure to check his booth out. Social/Sharing |

Nicely subtle colors. Love the huge vehicle and Speed Racer car!
