Description

A great Jack Kirby pencil art, the Red Skull will bomb the Thing � who reads a newspaper � not a comic ;-) Published 2023 as an inked piece on the cover of the Jack Kirby Collector #85 (cover & page 1). Cover inks by Evan Dorkin. This book is a unique special edition with a partially printed foil over the cover (see additional photos). Great job John!

That old Jack magic has me in his spell
That old Jack magic that he weaved Red Skull
Those Kirby fingers up and down the lines
The same old sketch craft when Thing eyes meet mine
The Marvel tingle that I feel inside
And Kirby Collector shows with pride
And bomb and bomb, it blows
