Description

I actually came up with this idea before the Batman versus Deadshot I got from Scott McDaniel, last year. However, this idea led to that one and I really couldn't wait to get it! I think you can see why! Scott McDaniel is known for his kinetic poses and energetic scenes and this is a perfect example! I could look at Scott's drawing of Nightwing daily so I knew I needed a commission and who better for him to be in battle with then the Titans number one villain, Deathstroke the Terminator!

This piece was also created as part of the collection to honor our friend, Carl, who died in 2020 and was a huge Scott McDaniel fan. I hope Carl approves.

That's McDaniel's signature style in the way shadows are done. Very dynamic. I'd like to think that if Carl didn't approve, he would have looked down and made McDaniel spill his ink all over it while he was drawing it.
