Description

A king of short stature ties up a medieval fiefdom. The king is petulant and cruel especially when his height is mentioned. The comic is named after the court wizard: Wiz; he sometimes lives up to expectations, but more often he fails blatantly, especially when his wife is nearby.
The Wizard of Wiz exemplifies the maxim "don't let success influence you if the formula works." Published for the first time in 1964, it is still published today, thanks to Parker's son Jeff, who has been carrying out the magician's gags since 1997.

Un re di bassa statura tiraneggia un feudo medioevale. Il re e' petulante e crudele soprattutto quando viene menzionata la sua altezza. Il fumetto prende il nome dal mago di corte: Wiz ; egli talvolta e' all'altezza delle aspettative,ma piu' spesso fallisce platealmente, soprattutto quando nelle vicinanze c'e' sua moglie.
Il Mago di Wiz esemplifica la massima "non farti influenzare dal successo se la formula funziona". Pubblicato per la prima volta nel 1964, ancora oggi viene pubblicato, grazie al figlio di Parker, Jeff, che dal 1997 provvede a portare avanti le gag del mago.
