I would put Sandman and Absobing Man on the A List, but it's a matter of opinion. Either way, it's a great looking cover. Welcome to ComicArt Fans!

I understand your point of view and I fully support it.  Personally, when I think of A-list villains, I think of Dr. Doom, Magneto, Loki, Red Skull, Thanos, Galactus, etc.  Sandman and Absorbing Man I would think of as B-List villains since they are usually employed by the A-list villains as pawns.  And when working alone, the B-list villains' plan are not on a grand scale (mainly robbery).  That's my thinking on the tiers of villainy.

Nice bad guy cover, man!  I like the upward perspective shot, and how the Hood is pointing guns right at the viewer!  Also love how Sandman's left hand is kind of spilling down...or sliding up?!  Could be either!  And you gotta have the other hand cocked and ready :)  Very nice, indeed.  Congrats on a sweet villains cover example!

Thank you very much!  I am a big fan of low tier villains and this cover was right up my alley.  It doesn't hurt that Mike Perkins is an exquisite artist.
