DescriptionHere is the first Elder of the universe for my OHOTMU collection. It is also my first Ron Lim piece as well so it’s a double win for me. Now, as far as I remember, I don’t think that all Elders are evil per se, but Astronomer is blasting Nova in the bottom panel so he can’t be completely on the up and up. Therefore, I consider him to be a villain and a legitimate addition to my army of evil.Special thanks to Fisch B. for giving me 2 chances to acquire this piece! It seems that nefarious comic book villains always gravitate towards me… Social/Sharing |

You got a Charlie Brown piece in with the deal! I don't know about his evil status either after all that trauma he's been through as a lovable loser during his childhood! I'd consider Nova's appearance a bonus!

Yes, it was a pleasant surprise to see that the panel below was actual art and not a paste-up like the text.

Another worthy add to the not-the-most-know bad guy collection! And yes, a first Lim piece! That's big. AND cuz you got his Nova, too! Congrats!

It did surprise me that the '89 Marvel Universe Handbook entries are complete with text, pin-up art and the secondary box art (actually drawn on the art board and not a paste-up!) when I was used to the previous Deluxe Edition pieces that were only the character illustration.
