Description

Here is a page that is heavy with negative energy featuring almost the entire roster of The Masters of Evil IV drawn by “Big” John Buscema! We got Baron Zemo II, Goliath, Mr. Hyde, Tiger Shark, The Wrecking Crew (Wrecker, Thunderball, Piledriver, and Bulldozer), Moonstone, the female Yellowjacket, Blackout and the Fixer! The only members not pictured are Titania and The Absorbing Man. This was my favorite Avengers storyline as a kid as I devoured each issue every month that I purchased from my local supermarket or 7-11. I am pleased to have an excellent page from this memorable series!

Can't beat super nostalgic feelies paried with super good lookin' art!  That last panel's worth the price of admission alone but you got so many baddies above it!  That zipatone shading on Zemo...love that stuff.  Congrats!

A rare piece with so many villain characters getting their own focus!  These Masters of Evil pages are just as colorful as the hero pages and maybe even more strident in their attitude!

I wouldn't take a job as a butler or manservant anytime soon, M-Wai!

Yes, they are but Buscema / Palmer are pretty good, too!

The Buscema - Palmer collaboration from that period looks so much better in the B&W original art format.  Impressive roster of villains here, my favourite by far has to be the devious Moonstone!

Great choice of favorite villain!  On this page, it would be Tiger Shark for me!

It is but I don't think the Black Knight or Jarvis would think so...

I'm sure Baron Zemo would charge you triple the admission charge!

Be careful, Fisch!  The Masters of Evil will only be too happy to fire shots for that money!

Thank you very much!  I didn't really think about the situation in this particular page (my focus was just on the quantity of villains represented) but it does really encapsulate the entire storyline here!
