This is the Johnny Craig full page splash from the Vault of Horror #40 story "Old Man Mose!" (EC 1954), with large images of the Vault Keeper and Drusilla. Drusilla appeared on only four comic book pages.

You have to wonder if everyone working in the offices at EC comics could feel every day that they were making history. Every page is a masterpiece, raising the bar just a little bit further.
