Description

Paul is an amazing artist whom I have been wanting something from for awhile. When Felix Lu had a sale of his art which included his favorite work of mine -- Strange Adventures from Wednesday Comics -- I had to jump. I see so much of Burrough's influence (John Carter and Dejah Thoris) in Pope's rendering of Adam Strange and Alanna. And if you know Paul's originals, you know that he goes big. These two boards measure 24" by 38" total. I had to detach the cover of my scanner to get a decent image, and even then it required 14 scans that I stitched together afterwards!
