DescriptionA personal grail acquisition for me. I took a hiatus away from comics for more than a decade, from the late 90s until 2010. It was when I heard that a black ops Wolverine clad in silver, black, and red was forming his own roster of certified badasses that reignited my interest. This team roster features such a great cast of characters. It was formed at the end of Xmen second coming, when Cyclops ordered Wolverine to disband Xforce. Uncanny x-force would run for 35 issues from 2010 to 2013, and is arguably my favorite x related run after the Byrne/Claremont run of Dark Phoenix and DOTFP. This over the top, armed to the teeth depiction by Land is such a great DPS. Thank you Mark for finally agree to part with this!Social/Sharing |

Congrats on picking up a personal grail, John - all too rare so always a big deal in this hobby! A great Land spread here with so many characters featured in all their badda$$ery! I really like that scary (in good way!) Archangel!

It's not a common sight to see Psylocke with an uzi and Archangel with heavy artillery!!

Great DPS. I always felt iffy on this team . Never got into Fantomex.

Thanks! I actually enjoyed Fantomex on this run. He's saved the xmen a few times. In the Quarantine arc and the nation x storyline battling against the Nimrods...."I'm not trapped in here with you...you're trapped in here with me!" His misdirection saved xforce when they visited AoA, and lastly his sentient heat seeking bullets. I thought of him as the wildcard

I guess but he never seemed a mutant, More like a super soldier with amazing tech. Never understood what his powerset is. Then when they introduced a female one, i definitely got confused

They don't call him Weapon 13 for nothing! Definitely amazing tech, EVA, along with his misdirection with illusion casting. Agreed once they rebooted the second series of uncanny xforce with multiple brains and female version it was too over the top for me
