I was also a fan when Batman harnessed the yellow ring in Forever Evil as well, so thought it was awesome Superman had a chance too

Benes is showing off why he's not just a pin up artist. As his body of work can attest, he can tell a great story too and hold his own against the greats in the medium.

I love when writers and artists use a evil version of Superman to cause havoc on the world. Probably scarier than a Darkseid army invasion. Great composition, inking and overall stye. Congrats!

This is a killer piece, John! I love that Parallax is shown at the top and that Superman looks like Atrocitus' cousin!
