5 x 20 - attributed to George Tuska but I wonder if it is Charles Sultan - thoughts?
From the Joe Kubert Estate.

Hale's first appearance was in Dynamic Comics #1 (Chesler 1941) and he also appeared in:

Definitely has a Sultan vibe, but most of those guys were trying to look like Lou Fine. Cool page!

What a thing to admit so loud in the first panel! I guess it was war time and some sacrifices had to be made. Kids, gangsters, a horse and a magic man all make for intriguing mystery and fun!
