Description

How many of you have stared at a piece of artwork; wanted it, did not buy it, and watched it disappear? I know I have. It's always a gut shot when that happens. The disappointment as a result of procrastination in punishing. Luckily (for me anyway), this isn't one of those stories.

I saw this great LoSH cover by Francis Manapul and thought it was fantastic. Did I buy it right away? No. Why? I honestly can't explain it. The price was fine. I just always had a "better" place to spend my money. But, now it's in my hands and I'm happy.

From the brief run in Adventure Comics (2009-2011), this cover, by Francis Manapul uses an ink wash effect to deliver a great eye catching cover.

I perked up when I saw that a Manapul cover was being featured in today's ComicArtFans Roundup, because I know how impressive he can be. And I was NOT disappointed. This one is stunning! So glad you were able to avoid disappointment and successfully grab this one.
