Description

I'm really glad to be able to add to my Popeye collection with a cool Peter Kuper illustration of President George HW Bush as Popeye, holding a can of Oyl. The cartoon illustration is done with Kuper's stencil, spray paint and watercolor, and really captures the Popeye vibe well.

Wow! It even has the dow jones / economy going down arrow tattoo on his right arm and the up arrow tattoo for oyl. He am's who he ams, and his popeye focus on the trickle down economics and a war with Saddam didn't lift him to victory.
