Description

Independant of his personal life, I think Justiniano is truly an incredible artist whose work never got the recognition he should have.

This is the cover to the first issue of Countdown To Mystery, one of DC titles from years earlier when DC was pushing his magical line.

The camera angle and perspective are amazing here, really allowing the eye to showcases on the Dr Fate helmet. Aside from the technical aspect, I always liked the character whose design I find amazing. And everything is here, the helmet, the menacing and mysterious mood as well as the whirl willing cape leading the eye to the tower of Fate. Simply put it perfect and far away from those goofy Dr Fate depictions we��ve too often seen.

And it goes perfectly in hand with my other Dr Fate cover by Paul Rivoche.��

This is part 9 of my 2015 b-day celebration :)
