Exciting shot of Grendel in action. Yet, as fun as it is to see our guy get to work, it's the other panels moving the story forward that truly demand our attention. Stacey opening unwanted gifts, when what she truly craves is more presence of loved ones.
Framed like that, the final panel shot of Grendel in action actually disappoints me, because I know all the time Hunter spends away from Stacey as Grendel causes her a lonliness that will haunt her forever.
