I'm always amazed at how close these preliminaries are to the actual published covers. The only real difference I see on this one is Spidey's right leg altered to make it a bit more dynamic on the finished cover. Nice piece, thanks for sharing.

Sweet 70's prelim with the Marvel masthead on top. Misty Knight gets into this cover design as well creating three points of interest and three layers of depth. Dave Cockrum and Marie Severin were doing a lot of these, even uncredited for other artists than themselves.
