A quiet and melodramatic moment with Alfred as the surrogate parent and the Batman cape serving as a blanky for master Bruce who's shown so gently by Novick like the orphaned child.

No, I'm almost certain this wasn't published. I have seen other pages from it and it seems like a pretty wild two-part "imaginary story" or "it was all a dream" thing.
