If you notice also..... Where Captain Stacy calls Spider-Man "PETER" That sequence is set up just like the sequence where gwen dies in Spiderman's arms... By this same exact art team!!!!

That is the one!!! One of the most iconic pages in Marvel history!! And he stayed dead (I think).
