Description

Selene has got X-Man in a rather compromising position! Well, I suppose there are worse ways to go than getting seduced-to-death by an evil energy vampire haha! Anyway, with my love for Nate Grey I figured it was time to start adding X-Man covers to my collection, so here we go! All in all, this is one heck of a funky (and entertaining) cover! I don't know what Steve Skroce is up to these days, but I wish he'd come back and do more insane covers!

Always happy to see you acquire something you really love! Gotta say, LaRosa was never on anyone's "top inkers" list, but he really did a fabulous job on this one. Skroce is currently finishing up his creator owned mini-series at Image, called Post Americana. You would never know it was his work though, if it wasn't credited. Completely different from his 90's stuff.

If you're looking for more Skroce X-Man covers, you should check with "Julien B" on this site. He currently has 2 others for sale at $1K each. For 2 decades, I owned a handful of Skroce X-Man covers including this specific one before selling it to him. He's easy to deal with.
