Description

I've long since been a fan of a the "main character punching/kicking/blasting out to the reader" motif and this cover has that effect in spades! Loving the dynamic and almost anime-like energy (which is what initially drew me to the cover); you can feel the power behind Jon Kent's super duper punch! Travis Mercer and Danny Miki really make for a stellar art team and I'd definitely like to see them team up more!

This is definitely one of my very favorite types of images too. It just has so much impact !! Very much like the impact from that PUNCH!!! Congrats on another great add.

Digging the straight energy and depth here! A real one-two punch with this punch :) Also got a bit of Stegman-ish vibe, which of course to me, is a good thing! Congrats, Simon!

Extreme perspective with the punch going through the cover's surface! Miki's inks are able to gradually have heavier weight on lines that come closer to us to help with the illusion.
