DescriptionIf I am not mistaken, a separate page for the "Pencils" exists, so this is just the Cliff Rathburn "Inks" over Blue Line (at least that's what Felix Comic Art listed on their original post when they sold "both" pages, I bought just this via an auction).Social/Sharing |

Rathburn's inks give this and any Hulk page a lot of weight behind the image to project power in the scene. The big shadow behind Ross is showing us that Red Hulk lurks in the oval office.
