DescriptionThis is one of the first covers I acquired many years ago, and you can see why I put this in my Top 10 List of favorite covers.Yes, it is the cover of the first issue of the Justice League Elite team...but, I am drawn to Doug Mahnke's detailed art style and positioning of the characters. Tom Nguyen's inking is spot on. Very cool, very bad ass. I love how the Elite team is combined with Green Arrow, The Flash, and Cassandra Cain. Check out all the details in Sister Superior's weapons and her cloak. Can't wait to meet Doug someday, to have him sign the art, so I can frame it. Social/Sharing |
