The composition and detailing on Adrian Smith�s iconic Skaven Clan Warlord is truly exceptional! Every aspects of detail is built upon layer and layer of pencilling. The anatomical detailing, the fabrics, the Skaven iconography and the personal accoutrement are simply off the charts.

The illustration has incredible full page real estate. It was first published in the Warhammer Fantasy Battle 4e Bestiary, then in the subsequent Magic supplement and received the full page treatment in White Dwarf 153 and 137.
