Most definitely never hit the jackpot that time. Nope, not even close. Lucky Clark is mild mannered or Peter be squished like a buggy-bug.

Peter has got a shot, Superman can only make babies with a girl like Maxima as apparently you need a womb of steel to contain Kryptonian baby kicks.

Brother Marcus, you may already know tis, but back in the 70s Larry Niven wrote a short story called "Man of Steel, Woman of Kleenex" which addresses this aspect.
