My first J. Scott Campbell cover! For quite some time I've been bidding on Campbell cover after Campbell cover, but have been getting constantly priced out and outbid. Yet somehow, nobody seemed to share an interest in this beautiful Thor variant cover and I was able to claim it, all the while cackling gleefully! While it might not be the most iconic piece by Campbell, it's still my first cover by the artist; it now holds a special place in my heart!

Campbell draws sexy characters and in this case sexy Thor with his wind tossed hair and large, round ah... medaliions...

Awesome display of power! Miki electrifies the composition from top to bottom! Campbell uses Thor as the conduit to bring the power of the heavens to our Earthly realm!

Congrats on plucking this gem from the fray! Thor looks awesome! And congrats on your very first Campbell cover. It's a rite of passage for sure, and so much sweeter when you can get one for a joyful price.

Glad you got it for a decent price- I prefer the shadowy glare he wears here. Feels like a good fit for a Thor that means business, plus you got some nice background on there, which isn't always promised on JSC covers. Beauty!

After merveling at your recent Romita Jr. Thor Wizard cover post, I decided to look further into your gallery.

Im loving them.

For someone known for drawing sexy women ,JSC sure knows how to draw an amazing Thunder God.
