Description

I love the downtime scenes with the X-Men, even more so when they take place within Xavier's mansion. With the current run of X-Men comics the mansion and school setting is one of the things I really miss.

On this page you have Cable and Xavier discussing their differing views on how to run an X-Team. For such a simple scene Pollina is a such a great storyteller with his panel work.

Yes agreed on missing these inner quarters storylines. The X-Men are so spread out and now all over, with recent events they don't really even have a centralized place to be anymore. Great character piece between these two leaders.

You can see they are positioned that Prof X is inside and Cable looks outward to the windows to symbolize their approaches to solving problems.

Loved Pollina's quirky style for this book. Also never noticed Xavier had a bust of himself on dispaly in the Mansion. What a power move.
