DescriptionI think everybody remembers their first Jack Kirby, well this is mine!I believe it was SDCC 1993 that I bought this page.My wife and I were on the East end of the convention center strolling by artists alley and we happened upon an animation booth with cels and such on their walls.Well some where toward the end of the booth I spotted this framed black and white image just popping out at me.My gosh I said, that's a jack Kirby Captain america page,I've never seen one before!I looked at the price of 375.00 and went and talked to a sales rep and actually got the owner.I had no idea of prices on Kirby's work, so I made an offer of 325.00,he responded with an in-between offer of 350.00 and I accepted. To this day I've never seen a price that low for a nice Cap page, lol.I'm so glad I took the deal at the time because it was on a whim that I passed by the booth and even had a chance at it.I've only showed this to but a handful of people,so please enjoy everyone!Social/Sharing |

$350? Caps gonna have to hit me in the face with his shield now, too. ;) I also got my Kirby from SDCC, and it was a good price, but not that good. That is a fantastic page, with great action. Kirby is the the king. And bonus Kirby Krackle! I think you got your money's worth. Huge, if delayed, congrats!

Suh-weet. And yeah, cost you just a little less than it would today :) Really checks a lot of boxes, namely classic Kirby action with Cap, Falcon, AND shield! Congrats!
