Description

This one was a target from the door and so happy I was able to secure it. I think it is the best Wolverine page in the book and I absolutely love Josh Cassara artwork. I think he is a future star in this industry and had been looking to add a piece of his to my collection anyway so it worked out perfectly. As you can see Josh flipped the perspective a bit and changed the format of the story but was true to the story.

It's been fun to see you post these on CGC. Glad you are putting them up on CAF so I can keep staring at them. Really fun book with some really nice pages. I enjoyed a lot of the pages. In particular, the Samnee, Gurihiru, Kris Anka, Javier Rodriguez, Pepe Larraz and this one. Any word on if you can snag the Samnee one? He seems reluctant to sell much of his panel page art. Great job pulling these together!

Thanks ! It was a labour of love... Spoke to Chris Samnee.. not selling panels is the response i got. I wanted the Pepe Larraz page but they want 4500 for it and I just can not justify the price. Anka and Rodriguez I tried reaching out via instagram with no response. I would really love to add the Nowlan page an made an offer thru Kwan but it has not spurre him to sell it yet lol

Fantastic Cassara tribute page to GIANT SIZE X-Men this particular event and style still stands as great fit for the work he does and is still doing on the X books. Great early piece of his work.
