I have a lot of art I have to put up here but this one needs to go up for me. This was one of my commissions I was most excited for. Zach Howard, an underrated artist, knows how to draw/ink any character of almost anyones work. But he nails Hellboy. There is a handful of artists I would say can do Hellboy perfect with the comic look but still make it their own.

When talking to Zach about what I wanted on this commission it couldn�t have been more fun. I gave him options on what villain I would like to see Hellboy fighting and Zach did the rest. I�ve always said I�m a sucker for details in art, looking at the water effect or the hair on Hellboys hand, this has a lot to look at. Getting to message him back and forth made it feel more personal too. Like we both were having fun with this idea. He absolutely crushed this and I recommend if you can get a commission or original art, do it.

I'm curious about the lower right. Is that like the doomsday calendar that predicts the end of the world? This is one of the best things I've seen from Howard as he brings his all in enthusiasm, experience, and talent.

Zach can do no wrong. Great composition and obscure callback makes this so unique. His trademark inks are always a pleasure to see as well.
