I work a day job and I try to draw one page of a webcomic (www.inucomics.com) on the weekend. So far I got two issues done! Well, the art started off a rough, it is still a little wonky but I like to think that I get better every day. Still, wouldn't it be nice to see a really great professional artist draw my characters? Enter the fabulously talented Marcial Toledano. I was blown away by some of the work he was posting and was thrilled to have him paint a scene from my webcomic. Look at the transparent and luminous rendering of the holograms. I am guessing he masks and pours the watercolors. Great composition and light. Many thanks to Marcial and Cam for a wonderful commission. It brought tears to my eyes when I first saw it.

Great point regarding the curiousity this inspires... if Inu ever gets published maybe this should be the cover!

I really love this piece! Marcial is such a talent.
I'm talking to him about a Vision (in Neo-Tokyo) piece and this is just such an inspiration for me. I really want to get behind my desk and work those watercolors!
