Wonderfully fun 2 page title DPS from 1985.

All the minute details, that Aragones had become famous for, are drawn into this post-battle scene. I love coming back to this art and spending time to find something new to look at.

Fun fact:
Stan Sakai said that when he was looking for a job and breaking in to the industry, he accepted this gig to letter the pages in order to get work.

how freaking cool is this Groo DPS Title Splash, so much detail I can certainly see going back to this time and time again to appreciate new details that you never noticed before. And Stan Sakai as the letterer is the cherry on top!
