Description

A last-minute pickup at Lake Como Comic Art Festival 2025, this illustration shows off what I love about the master Jordi Bernet's work. Great composition and black & white storytelling. Rough and expressive. It was such a treat to meet the legend and get my picture with him. In a great reflection of his iconic character, Jordi said he felt like he was getting a mugshot taken!

11x11 pen and ink on thick illustration board. "Torpedo 1936" is a paste-up.
