The hugest of thank yous to Paolo, Andrew, Corey and Vinny over at Cadence Comic Art! And the biggest of thanks to Werther for taking the time to do this...

You can't have "Something is Killing the Children"...without the children!

Bian was so innocent...and so strange! For me, she's that great character that pushes the series to another level and lets us see the soft parts of Erica we don't get from her interactions with James or Tommy.

Werther shows off a great use of shadows on this one! The way the monster's shadow fall over Bian really gives that image of how close it is to her, and how Bian's shadow falls on the wall behind her shows how trapped she really is...what's gonna happen now!

One of my favorite things about what Werther did here...he went back with a white pen and re-wrote everyone's name and all the titles so they aren't hidden behind his black brush stokes. It really is a show of how proud he is of the book and everyone involved...and I love it!
