Sal is awesome here with Batman working the rooftops like a darting shadow. The Janson inks for the rain and the mysterious drime noir feel are so cool! It plays into the Pulp Heroes theme of the Annuals that year.

Very cool perspective shot on that top panel and love the Batman image in the third.
Great moody, dark, wet moment
