Description

Earlier this year, I've been lucky enough to acquire a thunderous page from Frank Brunner's magnum opus in Savage Sword of Conan... Now, it's a bona fide recreation of my absolute favorite Dr Strange cover of his!

The towering anguished figure floating about the palace of death while his fellow Defenders (or are they?) are flying/jumping from all sides to confront him is a sight to behold!

An intriguing design that was a surefire book opener on the way to discover a new installment in the convoluted Silver Dagger saga. All this, plus a rare opportunity to see Frank Brunner's rendition of the Silver Surfer... What could have been wrong?

It's very strong composition and drawn so tight that it would still work as a cover today.
