Absolutely delighted to pick this up! A great variant cover for an absolutely awesome comic book.

A number of great artists have created some superb original art variants for HOX / POX including Mike Huddleston, who was apparently hand-picked by HOX / POX writer Jonathan Hickman.

This is one of 12 HOX / POX variant covers by Mike, one appearing on each issue of House of X and Powers of X, each one showcasing the greatest X-Men heroes and villains, and all being auctioned off by Mike on Ebay. Really, really pleased to get this one. Thanks Mike! A great addition to my HOXPOX collection!

One final thing which is definitely worth mentioning is that Mike is donating 10 per cent of the sale price of all the auctions to The Hero Initiative and Jonathan Hickman is matching the amounts. Great gesture by both for a good cause.

Mike has grown tremendously as an artist since I first noticed his work back in the early to mid 2000's, which is so great to see. Mohawk Storm on the Serengeti plains? Beautiful, and perfect!
