Description

Interior of the Grimoire rule book between page 16 and page 17. Milhouse claimed that he had a chance encounter with three Magicians, the "Brothers Grymm." His magical Skills awakened since this alleged incident have made him significantly stronger and faster than someone of his size and constitution could be.

Eye catching with that neon city behind them telling us about the futuristic dystopia this transfer of magical powers is happening in.
