Concrete walking alone to show he is isolated once more. It can be that he's at the furthest most isolated place on Earth or somewhere in space all alone like the character that has no choice in being alone.

I'm fairly sure this depicts Concrete climing Mt. Eveerst, an adventure described in Concrete No. 9, but I think you're interpretation makes sense. Because of his condition, he is by nature isolated, whether he is alone or not.
