Description

My introduction to Spanish comic artist Ram�n F. Bachs was from Dark Horse Comics' mini-series, Jango Fett: Open Season in the early 2000�s (See HERE ). He was fairly a newcomer to the American comic book industry at the time, working first with Dark Horse in the late 90�s and then eventually spreading his artistic wings with projects at DC and Marvel.

After nearly two decades, Bachs did a comeback to Star Wars in 2019 with Age of Rebellion: Darth Vader #1, a one-shot comic book that was part of Marvel�s 9-issue anthology series called, Star Wars: Age of Rebellion. This gorgeous double page splash depicts some of the dramatic moments of Anakin Skywalker�s life, from being a slave boy to his gradual fall to the dark side, becoming the formidable dark lord of the Sith. The layout is rendered exquisitely, allowing you to have a full grasp of Anakin�s tragic transformation in these two pages.
