DescriptionSilk #3 variant cover artby Kris Anka Marvel Comics - April, 2015 Kris Anka has been doing some wonderful interior and cover work with Marvel! I've kept an eye on his art and discovered the majority of his art is done digitally with the exception of a few covers. When I found out the original existed with ink on paper I jumped at it. Cindy Moon first appeared in the pages of Amazing Spider-man (vol 3) April 2014 and as Silk July 2014. She got her own book February 2015. I've really enjoyed the creation of the character and I look forward to seeing where they take the character. This is one of my favorite Silk images to date and I feel very lucky to own this cover released a year after her creation! UPDATE: 6/29/2016 - ThinkGeek/Marvel used this art as part of the Heroine blanket. Previews magazine also shows a coffee mug with this art. See additional images. Social/Sharing |

Newcomer Anka's been doing some nice work...including this great piece! He's really coming up with his own unique style. Great poses/presentation of these 2 characters. Congrats!
