Nice and rich controlled ink lines, fill, and negative space bring Giffen's New Universe vision of Justice to life! A splash that establishes the character and the world he inhabits.

This was my very first exposure to Keith Giffen's art and I LOVED IT. It was unique and graphic and totally different from anything else that Marvel was printing. Looking at it now, 40 years later, it is s till unique and powerful and has not dated at all. If I saw a splash page like that today, I would totally buy the book to see what the story is about. Great composition that shows Girren as the master storyteller that he is.
